How pathetic am I? It's after 9pm on a Friday night and I'm still trying to finish up some work while debating about whether or not to go see Shihad at the Metro tonight. I absolutely love them, but I am poor...but after the night I had last night, I feel like I deserve to treat myself. We'll see...

Okay, I'll try to catch up a little bit.

Saturday, November 25th was the great belated Thanksgiving! We had 6 Australians, 5 Americans, and 2 Malaysians over for dinner at Jorge's palace. Unfortunately, it went so late that we missed ESN. Sorry, boys! In any case, I think Zoe and Adrian appreciated our efforts to stuff them silly with turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, salad, veggies, cheese puffs (thanks Ray!) and heaps more. Ray is a saint. He did like 99% of the work! Gail told a good Pilgram/Indian story, and I enjoyed lovely sex toy conversation at the dinner table. I've not got plenty of volunteers for the Sex Files.

Tuesday, November 28th: I spent my lunch hour at STA trying to figure out how to get to Springfield/Boston and back to Sydney before New Year's! It was tough, painful on the wallet, and all that stuff, and stressful cause I had to book without knowing if I'd actually get my visa to leave the country and come back in!

Today, Wednesday November 29th: I spent 2.5 hours at Immigration today.
